For buyers who are residents of the country, orders are delivered through registered domestic courier businesses, speed post companies, or speed post. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 days, or according to the agreed delivery date at the time of the order. Confirmation of the order and delivery of the shipment are subject to Courier Post office/company standards. Newnessplant cannot be held accountable for delivery delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities and will only guarantee that the shipment will be handed over to the courier. The postal service or the company must be notified within 7 days of the order date and payment or the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation. All orders will be made to the addresses of the registered buyer, in accordance with the credit or debit cards only in all instances (unless otherwise specified when placing the order).
